Hi there! I’m Alyssa McGuigan and I’ve always had a passion to help others live out a balanced lifestyle. I’ve been dieting the wrong way almost my entire adult life. At the same time, I’ve been dealing with emotional eating and was diagnosed with binge eating disorder back in college. Since then, I’ve been on a long, but rewarding, fitness journey to lose weight, get in shape and feel amazing. I’ve lost over 25lbs and want to continue my journey by sharing it publicy with you! I hope to inspire and motivate others to become the best versions of themselves.
